The goal of the Community Enhancement Project is to promote a better quality of life for the communities in which we service as well as improve a community’s aesthetic character, value, and quality through landscaping, recreational, community centers, senior care, or childcare infrastructures. Upward Development Corporation will support neighborhood improvements or innovative services for low- and moderate-income individuals and communities. The primary objective of this project is to develop viable communities by providing suitable living environments and economic development opportunities, principally to low- and moderate-income residents.
